The staff, especially Gloria at the front desk, were helpful and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for our four-day visit, with easy access to transportation and attractions such as Covent Garden and the British Museum. The room we stayed in, Room 205, was spacious and quiet, with great views of the rooftops. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was excellent.
